TRAINING WALKS PLANNED IN THE RUN-UP TO THE BIG EVENT

Hello there Dear Reader,

I have been busy walking, keeping in trim and preparing for the big event. Every opportunity I can, I have been planning long walks.

Last weekend, we went to Southwold for a long weekend, and I managed to get in 2 10 mile walks. A strol in the grand scheme of things, but helpful to keep the legs in trim. My training walsk also give Rufus a chance to have some great long walks.
